Health Declaration NHC Camp 

If a participant has one or more of the following symptoms, staff will direct the participant and/or parent/guardian as per the Exclusion of Sick Participants Procedure. If a participant has a runny nose/watery eyes consistent with allergies and an additional symptom presents itself such as lethargy or fever, then admittance to the program will be denied and testing for COVID-19 recommended.

Disease symptoms may be different depending on age. Children and adults with COVID-19 may also have non-specific symptoms. Participants presenting with one or more symptoms will be sent home to self-isolate and referred for testing. Return to the program will be made in consultation with the Ottawa Public Health's Outbreak Reporting Line.

Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to noon, 1:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed Tuesday morning.

Some conditions for entry apply:

 • Please do not come to the office if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.  Symptoms can be found here. 
• One person in the office at a time: Don’t bring anyone with you unless they can wait for you outside while maintaining social distancing
• One person waiting in the entrance at a time
• Exit through second door from the office
The drop boxes at 16 Kilbarron, 2 Hammill and 130 Centrepointe will continue to be monitored.  Please do not drop off cash in our drop boxes.
