COVID- 19 Resident Updates 


Throughout the pandemic, the Community Development Department, with the support of the Administration team, continues to compile and distribute COVID-19 information and supports to our residents once a week as new and ongoing COVID-19 topics and services across the city became available.    So far we have sent out 50 plus information emails with countless information and resources. Programs for Children & Youth

Virtual Social Recreation

Join us on Google Meet every Monday for games, crafts, science & more. 
Any supplies needed to participate will be delivered to your front door prior to program start.

Program runs every Monday from 6:00pm-7:30pm

Virtual Homework Support

Erin will be offering homework support this fall to students in grades 1-7. Erin is able to assist children with any subject. Homework support will be delivered virtually this fall. To register for this program click on the button below.

Program Start Date: Tuesday September 21st

Program runs on Tuesdays & Thursdays by appointment only.

Arts Escape

Arts Escape is a multicultural arts experience for youth ages 7-13. This program is hosted by MASC and their many talented artists. This program is currently only being offered at Pallister Community House and virtually in the Dunbar community. 

Programs for Adults & Seniors

Virtual Art Classes 


Join art teacher Stephanie Browness as she guides participants through different art mediums. For the fall season, participants will have the opportunity to learn watercolour, acrylic, and drawing techniques. 
Supplies will be delivered to your door prior to program start.

Classes run every Monday on ZOOM from 10:00AM-11:00AM

Cooking with Sara & Amanda

Join us every Wednesday as we cook up a new meal and show off our chef skills. This program is currently only being offered at 130 Centrepointe & 2 Hammill.
