Corporate Services Manager, Nepean Housing Corporation


Nepean Housing Corporation (NHC) is a private non-profit housing provider that owns and manages both rent-geared-to-income and market rent housing for individuals, families with children, and senior citizens in its 559 units located in the South Nepean/Barrhaven, Bells Corners and Centrepointe areas. We build integrated, community-based affordable housing for persons of diverse backgrounds. We promote strong, healthy sustainable communities supported by community development. NHC is looking for a dynamic leader to fill the position of Corporate Services Manager. The ideal candidate should exemplify a capacity to foster team development and have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills that can build credibility and collaboration.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Corporate Services Manager is responsible for accounting and finance, human resource functions and corporate administration activities. In addition, they are responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the day-to-day operational activities related to NHC's business operations, and capital management services.
