NHC EDUCATIONAL
BURSARY AWARD PROGRAM
Nepean Housing Corporation was thrilled with the success of our first-ever Educational Bursary Program in 2025, which supported residents pursuing post-secondary & skilled trades education. The strong interest in the program highlighted the importance of helping to reduce financial barriers for those looking to continue their education & build new opportunities for the future.
Based on the positive response and impact in its first year, NHC is pleased to share that the Educational Bursary Program will be offered again in 2026!
APPLICATIONS WILL OPEN ON APRIL 1, 2026

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be a Canadian citizen and between 17 and 25 years of age at the time of application.

Be a registered household member living in a Nepean Housing Corporation community.

Provide proof of being enrolled in or registered as a full-time student in the 2026-2027 school year at a recognized post-secondary institution (e.g. University, College, Trade School, Technical Institute).

Demonstrate financial need (self-declared).

Submit a completed application before the deadline (June 1, 2026).

Who cannot apply:
1. Previous recipients of an NHC Educational Bursary.
2. Immediate family members of employees of Nepean Housing Corporation or their Board of Directors are not eligible to apply or win.
