Nepean Housing Corporation approached the City of Ottawa with an ambitious plan to intensify one of our existing affordable housing communities. It is located in our very first community at Dunbar Court.  Construction officially started in July 2023, and we welcomed our very first tenants in April 2025!

Our building, bearing the address of 20 Dunbar Court, is a 3-storey, affordable, multi-residential net-zero-ready apartment building - one of the most eco-friendly in the area. Our partners, McDonald Brothers Construction, JoT Architects and our Consultant Deb Edwards worked tirelessly with us to bring this building to life, and we couldn't be more proud!
