NHC has a new Executive Director!

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Christa McIntosh as Nepean Housing Corporation's Executive Director effective September 21, 2026. Christa brings a depth of leadership experience, a collaborative approach, and strong commitment to community housing. She has an innate ability to connect strategic thinking with practical action, and brings a thoughtful leadership style, a genuine belief that successful organizations are built by listening, engaging, and building on existing strengths.  She is committed to keeping residents and people at the centre of decision making.

Over the course of her career, she has provided leadership across housing administration, property and asset management, facilities, information technology, capital development, and corporate administration. She has extensive experience supporting Boards and Board committees on governance, strategic planning, and organizational reporting, and has built strong partnerships throughout the housing sector. We are excited to welcome Christa to the Nepean Housing team and look forward to working together as we continue serving our tenants, working collaboratively with community partners and advancing our strategic priorities.
